ENERGY WORK

The energy work within Enrg Tune was born from Sasha Cobra’s many years of offering a modality in her private practice known as Regenerating Energy Work — a deeply transformative practice recognized for its ability to restore harmony, awaken vitality, and bring people back into alignment with their true essence.

After her work was featured on Netflix, requests for private sessions began pouring in from around the world. Realizing she could no longer meet the growing demand one person at a time, Sasha was guided to create a space where this energy could reach more people — in a shared, accessible, and ongoing way.

From that inspiration, Enrg Tune was born — a living field where the same potent energetic frequencies that once moved through private sessions now ripple through a collective space, awakening the body, heart, and spirit into coherence.

This style of energy work uses sexual energy (Life Force Energy) to remove obstructions to one’s natural energy flow through the body. Once these obstructions are removed, life begins to move with greater ease. The effects can be felt in every area of life, especially in one’s sexuality, spirituality, and relationships, where deeper intimacy, authenticity, and connection are called for.
